HEAVEN ABLAZE Releases New Song, Announces New Drummer

London, Ontario-based melodic death metallers HEAVEN ABLAZE have posted another new song, "As I Bring To Waste", on their MySpace page. The track was recorded at Ice House Studios.

In other news, HEAVEN ABLAZE has announced the addition of drummer Jason Longo (BLOOD OF CHRIST, WILL OF THE ANCIENTS, BLASTOMYCOSIS, DEAD AUTUMN) to the group's ranks. The band says, "We're all really looking forward to getting back on stage with the new lineup and new material!"

HEAVEN ABLAZE's last album, "Proclamation Armageddon", was released in July 2008. The CD was recorded at Mindscape Studios in London, Ontario by Nigel Curly, vocalist/guitarist of EXCRUCIATING THOUGHTS and was mastered by Colin Davis at Imperial Mastering in Pacheco, California.

According to the group's official bio, HEAVEN ABLAZE's "unique style of death metal incorporates the aspects of heavy melodic guitar playing, captivating harmonies, explosive guitar soloing, heart pounding drums and guttural vocal melodies."
